Garth was absolutely amazing to us when we came in looking for my engagement ring! I really had no idea what I was looking for and we ended up finding the most PERFECT ring! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with! We will definitely stay in touch with Garth and this location!

Amazing group to work with! I worked directly and mainly with Robert when looking to get an engagement ring for my partner. He heard me and understood my plan and vision for a ring. Robert was amazing to work with on my jewelry purchase. I sent him a picture ahead of time, and he knew exactly how to guide me. There was no pressure and no sales pitch, just genuine expertise and lots of laughs. I was in and out in less than an hour, even though I had no idea what I was doing on my own. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Go and ask for Garth!!! We were visiting family in Florida when we stopped in, and we really weren't sure what we were looking for as an engagement ring at first-I was also being bashful because they have so many overwhelmingly beautiful pieces! Garth had me trying on different styles till he found THE ONE for me. Of course, bashful and anxious me, I had to be absolutely sure, so I continued to try on more with the help of Garth. He got it sized and ready for pick up the very next day and I now have the engagement ring of my dreams. I never expected to have a ring this beautiful; He saw my eyes light up when I saw the ring and we thank him so so so much for being able to read me! We will be back to visit Garth again soon for wedding bands !!! Thank you Garth!!!

We had an outstanding experience at International Diamond Center working with Max. From the moment we walked in, he made the process of choosing an engagement ring feel comfortable and enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what it was my fiancée was looking for. Max guided (both) through all the options without making either one of us feel pressured, and he took the time to explain everything in detail so I could make the right decision with confidence. Nothing less than 5 stars for Josie Brown! My daughter and I walked in for the first time ever to purchase an engagement ring. We opened the doors and Josie greeted us with a smile and great energy! I told her I wanted a Tacori engagement ring. This was my first time ever ring shopping. She gathered all my details, answered my questions, and let me observe the possibilities. She took me to the computer and we went through every single ring to be sure what I picked was absolutely what I wanted. After that, we sat down and she showed me multiple diamond options and cuts. Josie explained everything possible about a diamond, so I was 100% confident on such a huge investment. I got to hold each diamond over the ring to capture the reality of what’s to come. She did all this while including my daughter and getting her waters and Milano cookies. I never once felt rushed or in question about my decision. With her guidance, I found the most perfect ring I could have asked for. Her personality was 5 stars from the greeting in the doors, until the greeting out of the doors. If you want to find quality and feel confident with your choice, then ask for Josie! She will make sure your experience is what it should be!

We had such an amazing experience with IDC! We purchased the most beautiful Verragio engagement ring and matching wedding band. Donatella and the LWR team were very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with us during the entire journey. They were very attentive and great with follow through with all questions and concerns we had!
